    What happens in the live sessions?

    You can be on or off camera, but please arrive and mute your microphone. You are welcome to bring a nice cup of tea or coffee, be in your curlers, your PJs, come with a friend or your baby or your dog or cat. And you’re welcome to be in bed under your covers!

    I’ll say a brief hello and then we will begin practice which is typically between 20 and 25 mins. You are of course welcome to leave at any time if you need to get away early. Just make sure you leave quietly so to not disturb the practice. A recording of the practice will be sent to you the same day so you can practice any time during the week too.

    Terms & conditions

    For all monthly memberships, you can cancel anytime. From the day you cancel, the next payment due will be your final payment. For example if you took out a subscription on the 8th of the month and cancelled on October 20th, your final payment will be due November 8th. Then no further payments will be taken.

    If you experiencing unexpected financial hardship, please email me and this final payment will be wavered.

    For all annual memberships, you can cancel at any point and you will not be charged when your next payment is due. You will not, however, be refunded for the balance. For example, if you take out a subscription in June 2023 and you wish to cancel in August 2023, you can continue to use the service until it expires in June 2024, and you will not be charged in June 2024, but you will not receive a refund for the period of August 2023-June 2024.
