Naturopathy and Mindfulness-Based Therapies Consultaions

Naturopathy blends science with traditional forms of healthcare, focusing on the whole-person (mind, body, environment), proactive prevention, and comprehensive diagnosis of chronic and acute health issues.

Our physical and mental health determines our energy levels, our ability to enjoy our families, friends, work and hobbies and therefore our ability to be the best possible versions of ourselves. Without physical and/or mental health, our lives can become impoverished. 

In the West there is a tendency to medicate symptoms rather than consider what is at the root cause of the problem.

What we eat, how we use our bodies, how we sleep and even how we think all have an influence on our bodies’ ability to function well and be free from disease and we will explore all of this and more in our sessions.

Sessions will always include some work on how your programming from childhood drives the content of your thinking (at least 60% of it), your behaviours and even your blood chemistry through release of hormones such as cortisol and adrenaline.

I am trained as a naturopathic physician, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy teacher, Mindful Self-Compassion teacher and I am also trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Compassion Focussed Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

£90 for initial 1 hour 25 minute case history an £70 per 55 minute follow-up session. You will need between 4-6 sessions or more for more chronic cases.
